"Simple to use, professional survey software"

This is a very straight forward system for quickly making surveys, the whole system is fairly intuitive with simple to follow layouts. There are a good few templates aimed a lot at staffing and a couple for general business, although I didn’t find anything suitable for the computer industry so have to start from scratch.

The software doesn’t have as many features as others I use and is a bit pricy compared to them.

I do like the speed and security and the ability to add signatures and payments to your forms, there is a good deal of customisation available and plenty of branding options.

I like the many integration features the system has with most of the well know brands like Google, Salesforce, Monday.com etc.

You can also Send Transactional Surveys with the Share Survey API feature which is handy for bigger companies.

If you need to make quick and easy to make professional surveys with loads of integration options then this is a good tool to consider.

Some of its more advanced features make it a possible rival to Qualtrics' user interface. It's possible to get solid solutions for managing contacts for a lot less money than Qualtrics charges for doing so. If you want to gain similar functionality in Qualtrics, you'll need to buy the XM directory as an add-on, which costs a lot. Unlike some software sales representatives, their support representative was extremely informed during the trial period. Additionally, Google Sheets may be easily accessed through the application.

This out of many other platforms out there have a lot of great features with a simple yet powerful API that has bring our platform to a whole new level. But what really got us was the incredibly flexible subscription and support staff.

I am a paid user of SurferSparrow.

I was happy to use various features for the survey, but I felt uncomfortable because some of the features that were supposed to be available to paid users did not work.
The customer service is friendly, but the response is slow, and there are cases where they reply at dawn.

It would be good if the customer service and features could be supplemented a little more.

"Awesome but disappointing customer service"

I was looking for an online survey app, easy to use and with good looking themes and design. After trying other companies I chose Survey Sparrow for how easy to use it was a because it gave a lot of different options to create an amazing survey.
The reason why I gave two stars is: 1) spam, a lot; 2) they lie to you, they offer you a 25$ Amazon gift card if you leave a review on Trustpilot, and they never send it to you; and 3) if you try to get in touch with them, no response.
