Overall, I am very happy with the program and it's functionality. I was not happy with the way the pricing works. I signed up for the trial and started a 360 that I then intended to pay for when the trial ended. I'm a self-employed consultant and do 360's only on occasion. It was only when I went to purchase the 360 I was working on that I realized you had to purchase 10 of them! You cannot just purchase one as needed. So I was stuck because the 360 had already been sent out and replies were coming in. I couldn't start over as that would be very unprofessional. I explained to survey sparrow what happened and that it was not clear when signing up for the trial that I would be on the hook for purchasing 10 360's if I wanted to keep the one I was working on. I had suggested they allow me to purchase 5 instead of 10 as a middle ground solution. Unfortunately, they were not able to do anything except give me a discount. So here I am, spending waaay more than I had anticipated, and with 9 more 360's to try and use within a year. It was very frustrating and I was unhappy with their inflexibilty given the situation.

The experience was great and I was very happy with the support of the team to extend our trial in order to have more time to test the tool and last but not least we saved so much time with the incredible data visualisation feature!
