Y porque no puedo poner 0, compré hace más de 1 mes una lámpara y aun habiendo reclamado muchas veces lo único que dicen es que la están fabricando para mi y barata lo que se dice barata la lámpara no era, por lo que me planteo la devolución y a ver si recupero el dinero.

Purchased and paid for two bathroom faucets. This site is a TOTAL SCAM. Sent a piece of paper so there would be a tracking nu.ber showing that my purchase was delivered. Don't believe the fake reviews

All scams the trading standards needs to look into what's going on. Fake return address pure rip off, there loads of crap reviews on this place. Fake phone numbers that don't work Fake return address that the post office can't use and Google maps showing them as a old farm shed. Goods look nothing like on the website then you can get your money back all scams stay well clear

"Problem with delivery from China"

We ordered 3 lamps and paid in advance. After some time we received a small envelope from China with an empty earring holder. Mademoiselle.com claims the lamps have been delivered even though the delivering company in Norway has measured the envelope to 16x17x2cm - not exactly 3 lamps. This company is scamming their customers!

Update: Photo of envelope and received item was provided. We were promised the lamps would be sent again. One month later still no lamps. Tracking number is not in use.

Update: 19th of Oct.24 I got my money back just now. So I guess the site is doing the best they can, but they are having trouble with their contacts in China. It took a lot of messages, but glad they sorted things out.

"Big scam alert !!!"

I bought a rug on 25 July 2023, Updating the situation after waiting for whole year in 2024. They don’t give money back and product is still not delivered. It's a shame. Cheapest scam of all times !!! These money making tricks only pulls down the reputation of a company. Pathetic customer service. No response. Waste of money. I regret transferring the money instead I should’ve donated it to someone needy. Huge Disappointment.

"Do not buy!!!"

I ordered an item, then got an email that it was out of stock and they would give me store credit. Like, what? I went to the website and the item was 100% still in stock and I was able to add it to my cart and nearly check out. Never said it was out of stock. I tried their chat feature and never got a response. This website is a scam.

"Wrong size artwork"

The artwork I bought came to me in the wrong size. I tried to work with them to send the right size, but they could not send me the right size, waited for months. I became concerned that I would not get the value I had paid so gave in to receiving a refund for the difference. I do not trust a company that offers something they do not have.

Don't buy from this company. You will lose your money. The contact number is a 218 area code from Minnesota. Their fake office is in Wyoming. They will not correspond to questions. Disgusting.
