"Order never received"

When I ordered the wine cabinet rack, it indicated 3-5 days shipping. After a week, I reached out to the company and got no response. Additional emails got a response that they were "working on it with their team." Another week passed with no updates. I told them that if they didn't act soon, I would cancel. Three days later I was notified of a refund being processed with no explanation on why they never fulfilled the order. I at least gave one star for getting the refund.
