When I rate the service solely based on the customer service part then I would say it was excellent. The shipping was slightly longer but since the product was so cheap, we were fully ready to wait and it was for sure worth it!

But the courier is still in china from last 10 days dont know if & when will recieve, also dont know how many pcs are coming & what about the balance order?
was promised in 5-20 days delivery time now its almost 80 days & still nothing received.

Ordered pendant lights. Looked on website to make sure lights are not coming from china. Address states Wyoming. Cover plates are not US standard size. Tried to call customer service. Number is disconnected. Emailed and was told I have to pay to ship lights back to China. I would not recommend buying anything from them.

I wouldnt even give this company 1 star, but I had to. Waited almost 2 months for my order. Company sends invalid tracking, invalid arrival dates, if you call the phone number it goes straight to undeliverable.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CHINESE COMPANY, IF YOU HAVE, IGNORE ELLEN AND CALL YOUR CARD COMPANY AND DISPUTE THE CHARGE

Good quality furniture, I'd say this is an excellent craftmanship and skill that has been put into this piece. Very happy with the service and the delivery was quick too.
