"Order with caution"

Ordered an item….. got a tracking number….unable to track. Multiple emails….. no response. Had to ask PayPal to step in. PayPal refunded. No communication with the company at all. I’d personally avoid

Ordered an item, was very shorty afterwards updated to dispatched with a tracking number. After a week still hadn’t been handed to courier. Had to file for a refund with PayPal. Should have read the reviews first.

"Do not trust these people."

I ordered an item in error and immediatey cancelled and ordered a different model. I informed them immediately through a number of channels. I received both in the same box and was charged for both.
I have contacted at least 8 times within a week and had no reply.

"Staggering arrogance and ineptitude! "

Every so often you come across a company which absolutely staggers you with its arrogance and ineptitude. Fortunately, this is a rare occurrence, but when it does happen you are left wondering how on earth they get away with it! 

 I placed an order for some very simple items with them before Christmas. I got an acknowledgement of the order. No delivery was forthcoming. I emailed them several times to find out the status of the order. They did not even do me the courtesy of replying to any of my emails. Total radio silence! There was no communication from them whatsoever until this morning, around 20 days after I have placed the order, with a simple message that they had refunded my purchase. Staggering! No explanation. Nothing. Just an arrogant message to say they had refunded when no refund had been requested and no explanation whatsoever to say why they were unable to deliver.

This company has to be totally avoided when they can treat customers in this arrogant and offhand manner .

"Never buy from this company"

Never buy from this company. I ordered an electric toothbrush via Amazon which was faulty. I returned item as received, with tracking royal mail receipt. No refund, unable to contact by phone, ignored e mails. No refund received from this company.

"No refund AND keeps your returned item!"

I bought a Dreamland heat pad via their Amazon shop only to find areas of it didn't heat up. I returned the item and paid for a signed delivery but no reply from Ozaroo or refund was received so I requested Amazon step in. They confirmed it was received back and requested a refund for me, but now the refund has been refused for an unspecified reason. I have appealed the decision but given other reviews here, I'm doubting I will see either the money or the product again - how is this different to outright theft? UPDATED: Amazon refunded my money after I won my appeal, however my postage for return has not been returned despite the item being faulty. At no point did Ozaroo reply to my emails.

"Sent a different and cheaper item than ordered and paid for"

I ordered 12 Brita Maxtra+ water filters at £67.77 from this seller via Amazon Marketplace; they sent a different version of the filter, Brita All-In-One, which I had not ordered, and can be purchased on Amazon much cheaper for £48.99 for 12. When I tried to return the filters, I found that they are listed as 'not eligible for return'. This is dishonest selling - sending out goods which are different to those ordered, and which are cheaper than those paid for.
Unless you are happy with the risk of being ripped-off, avoid this seller!

"Evades responsibility for consumers rights to replacement or repair of a faulty product"

DO NOT buy from this company if you want to rely on consumer rights to replacement or repair of a faulty product.
Kettle developed fault within first year of purchase. Only means of contact was email address on Ozaroo's website. Emailed twice, and received no response.
My complaint is similar to those of the other 1 star reviews, so should be taken to Trading Standards.

"Dishonest Cowboys"

Good luck trying to get a refund from this terrible company. They denied receiving the product despite providing a signiture when it was sent bacc. Instead they dragged me through the mud for over a month hoping Id lost my receipts asking me to provide more and more information. Dishonest and disgusting behaviour by Ozaroo. In the end the two clowns who run this company were forced to give me a refund.
