Some things have gone wrong along the way but Warwick have been quick to resolve issues and been really friendly and helpful. Lizzy and Kate Elliot have both been great to deal with.

This is a shameless and unethical company. If I could give negative stars I would definitely. This is one of the most dishonest companies in housing sector. This company manage one of my flat and one of my houses. It has to be among the worst in the housing sector. Do not buy a property managed by them simply because they don't manage it.
Charges increase dramatically each year over the inflation rate. They charge service fee for the next year and even you are a couple of days late they charge hundreds of pounds for the late payment fee.
Their strategy is keep sending debt collector letters and making leaseholders fearful of not paying.
They demand money for doing nothing. All they want is YOUR MONEY without providing you a proper Management Service.

Terrible company.
They have been a nightmare to deal with since the beginning (overcharging for maintenance work never recieved without substantiating any costs)
Now we are selling our property, they have taken £300 to produce the management pack for the sale but have missed out large portions of required information which we have had to continually chase - this has been going on for weeks now & is preventing us from exchanging. Their response is always placid with no real interest in getting things resolved.

Susan has managed our block - Hammond Court since Warwick took over from Gateway in 2019 who had left us in a terrible mess. She has always answered all of our queries in a polite and professional way, as have her team. Susan's team have resolved many issues with the block, some left over from the previous management company, efficiently. It has been refreshing to deal with a mangement company who can retain their staff for more than a few months.
