Shame I cannot leave a 0 star review! CHARLATANS!! Warwick took over the management of the estate where I own a leasehold. They initially attempted to charge me an annual fee which was contractually illegal. When I challenged this they took almost two weeks to reply. I subsequently received a very menacing letter from them demanding payment which also included an additional charge and the threat of action from a debt recovery company when they had sent me no earlier request for payment. This was also at a time where I was under significant emotional distress which they ended up contributing to. Avoid with all costs. Looks like they have removed Google Reviews presumably because they were so negative.

"Complete debacle I was out of the country for 3 months…"
I was out of the country for 3 months and had warned Warwick Estates of the fact. I am the director of River Meadows (MK) Management Company Ltd and have been since long before Warwick Estatws took over the site. The Demands were late going out and I asked for all 4 properties that I own be emailed to me so they could be paid which they were on 3rd Feb 2025. When I got back I was faced by a demand from a debt collection agency as they had allocated the payment for one against another. (which showed a credit of over £2,000 ).Now the problem I have had trying to get this rectified have been dreadful. Various emails, telephone calls have been ignored. They refused to even acknowledge them or investigate matters. They had been sent proof of payment, which again was ignored. I am seriously thinking of sacking them from this site of 40 flats in Milton Keymes and feel that this bad review may attract some attention .
