This isn’t a review of my managing agents, Warwick Estates. Over the years I’ve had good and awful experiences with them and it seems totally dependent on the work ethic, the attitude and the level of responsibility that each individual staff member is prepared to take.
I recently dealt with Caryl who picked up an email that I sent chasing an issue that arose before Christmas. Caryl phoned me to make sure she understood the background, she then told me what she was going to do, she actioned it and resolved it within a day. Thank you, Caryl
