I called 3 times the customer care today because I had a problem opening the gate ,the lady in the phone says someone will call me back ! Waiting for hours for the thier call but guess what ! No one call back and when I tried to chat or call them again the office was closed! And is closed for the whole weekend, that's mean I'm fuc...g stucked in for 3 days 😡!
Even I explained to them that I am using the car out and in a few times a day for family and work purposes but seems they don't give a damn !
Unprofessional customer service and I'm really stressed because of thier action.

After leaving us without communal electricity for 6 months.
Not responding to emails or claiming they got lost in spam.
Another cowboy outfit just taking money and not looking after a building.
They threw in the towel to another firm who are no better!

I strongly advise that you avoid these agents at all costs. They have a habit of sending intimidating letters and consistently overcharging for services beyond what was initially agreed upon at the beginning of the year. Although their responses may be charming, please be warned that this company is extremely unethical. Today, I received a letter regarding fire hazards in the communal areas of Uttoxeter, despite the fact that the area was unoccupied. I can't help but wonder if this is just another ploy to cheat people out of their money.
