Warwick Estates, send 3 contractors out from miles away to change a light bulb 2 contractors arrive stay 5 mins put in 1 bulb now light is on permanently wasting over 8000hrs of electricity per year, why not come out and do a good job first time , probably cost £200+crazy management

However Warwick Estates have been managing our block for the last 7 years and I am pleased to say our experience with them has been very positive. I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a series of unresolved issues that have been affecting the residents of Eagle Close for some time. These problems are not only detracting from the quality of life in the area but also raising concerns regarding safety, maintenance, and general upkeep. The specific issues are as follows:

Street Lighting: There has been a consistent lack of action in replacing bulbs that are out around the street. This is leading to dark areas that pose a safety risk, especially in the evenings.

Overgrown Bushes: The bushes around the street have not been adequately cut back, leading to overgrowth that obstructs walkways and is negatively impacting the overall appearance of the area.

Dodgy Fixings: Several fixings in the area are in poor condition, and there is no record of their maintenance or inspection. This could lead to further issues if not addressed promptly.

Abandoned Vehicles in Car Parks: There are abandoned cars occupying car park spaces, reducing the availability of spaces for residents. This is becoming a significant inconvenience, and the vehicles have been left for an extended period.

Non-Residents Using Car Parks: We are also facing an issue where non-residents are using the designated car parks, taking up valuable spaces that should be reserved for the residents of Eagle Close.

Commercial Vehicles on Pavements: Large commercial vehicles, specifically from Abbey Heights, are regularly parking on the pavements, creating a hazard for pedestrians and reducing the accessibility of the area. This issue needs to be addressed promptly, as it is not only inconsiderate but also illegal.

I kindly request that you address these issues as a matter of urgency.
