I spoke to Claire Lawrence and she was very helpful. She answered my initial request quickly and carried on to answer any question I had. It was a very thoughtful service and on hand approach to providing information.

We had a query on an invoice for service charges. We have recently moved and we had a part year charge to pay plus a full year for 2025. We spoke to Therese Armitage on the telephone and she explained the full status of our account starting from Oct 2024. She also followed up by sending a full statement of account via email. We are now happy that the charges have been applied correctly. The service we received was excellent.

Awful awful awful people please do not purchase a property the these numptys have the leasehold£500 for tree surgery…. There’s not a tree in sight . I have no window in my bathroom and their not interested yet we still have to pay nearly £3000 a year
