"I think they are an appalling company"

I think they are an appalling company. They charged extortionate monthly fees. Added things on yearly invoices like carpets cleaned & didn’t have carpets. Took a year to get leak damage
Repaired.
They were not registered with companies House which rang alarm bells

Had an issue logging into my accounts for my apartment managed by Warwick Estates, connected with rep Claire Lawrence who confirmed my log-in was changed due to management changes, was quick to provide me with new log in details and pw reset, incredibly helpful !!!

"Instant live chat service is great."

I am a leaseholder of a flat managed by Warwick Estates. They have some great people including Nadia who's very helpful via the instant live chat service. The property managers are not as responsive or helpful, though. They have been refusing to hold AGM since Covid without giving any solid reasons, which all the leaseholders are quite upset about. When I had an issue with a neighbour's broken pipe, they were very unresponsive and wouldn't do what they promised (e.g. turning off neighbour's water supply) knowing that it was damaging my property. All the stars are for the live chat service, and none for the rest.
