I am very pleased to commend Anna Mercer & Warwick Estates. I had water damage from a burst pipe in the flat above & the owners (not the tenants who live there) decided it was nothing to do with them! Anna sorted the situation with professionalism, fairness & tenacity, involving a surveyor to investigate and then allowing the owner’s letting company to tender for the work & get the job done (which they did - ultimately! - & well). Thanks to Anna & Warwick Estates, I did not have to take the laborious route of going to the Small Claims Court. Having a housing management company that knows what they are doing & gets things done matters if you have a flat. Many thanks to Warwick Estates, the amazing Anna and her colleague Beth!

I work abroad much of the time and upon my return I found numerous demands for payment from not only Warwick but also from PDC Dept collectors. Emma at Warwick was fantastic in the way she handled this by contacting PDC, helping me setup my online account and changing over to email communications.

I have emailed the property manager for more information and hope this will be responded to promptly. Warwick Estates are in process of taking over our development so unable to review yet on how they are going to be.
