The staff in DID Galway were really helpful with a crazy problem relating to the RTE Player. They were upfront about what could be done and very helpful.

Hi There, order has not been received although delivery was scheduled for today 25/04/25. DPD were in the estate today, however there was no delivery of my order and the information on DPD tracking states "DPD awaiting parcel". Previously, from placing an order online from DID to delivery, the process has been very good. Look forward to receiving my order...soon. :-)
