Bad experience. Total scam. 3 weeks later I dont have the product nor the money.

I ordered some lights at the beginning of October. The communication was good up to the point of delivery. The website advertises easy return. However when I wanted to activate the return of two small lights no reply, no instructions and no tel no who I could contact. The page that should process the return is 'under construction'. I have written to them for the 3rd time today, I will not give up and will keep you posted!
