As a business owner it is very important for potential clients to be greeted professionally and courteously. First impressions mean everything, I have been very pleased with Ngage's chat feature and flexibility with non-routine chat questions. I also have been pleased with their fair approach to billing. Ngage has easily tripled, if not quadrupled, the amount of leads I get through the chat feature on my website. It's worth at least giving them a try to see what they can do for your business.

Staff is knowledgeable and compassionate when dealing with potential clients. Seamlessly create that extension from the firm staff to the Ngage staff. Ngage representatives retrieve the needed information efficiently but also give the feel you are talking to a concerned human and not a scripted robot. Would recommend to any law firm.

"Ngage does a great job handling live…"

Ngage does a great job handling live chats for our firm. We tried a less expensive chat service and potential clients clearly were not happy with the experience and often complained. That is no way to start a relationship.The chat service you choose is on the front lines of your business and the way the service handles potential clients reflects directly on your law firm. We have never had a complaint about an Ngage operator. They do a quality job and I highly recommend them.
