Bought of him a few times thought he was a sound lad, but most recently sent £70 for some Nike t’s nearly a month ago not even been sent and ignoring me both on WhatsApp and Instagram. Shame

"Non existent customer service"

The items arrived within good timescales however the joggers were not completely as described. We just wanted to exchange them for a different fitting style, but on every communication method (email & WhatsApp) we have been ignored time & time again. Shame as we have used previously & had a good experience but this time when we needed assistance feel completely let down by non existent customer service.

Literally has changed my whole outlook on my judgement of people. Placed an order to receive a call to say they only had 1 of the items in stock so I requested a refund and he said did I not want anything else and I said the items were part of a set so one was not good without the other. He chatted about his company and how he started and I really thought he was a genuine young man starting up. How wrong was I !!!! He never refunded me for the entire order which was never received. It took months with my bank to obtain a refund. Warning to others do not pay for anything with this buyer unless you are protected financial. Looking at other reviews I don't think he will be in business for long. Massive lesson learnt
