Scam! Entered a competition on their instagram page, I won the giveaway of 3 T-shirts chosen of their website l. I instantly messaged privately saying I won, this was on the 21st May, Olex said they would send out the T-shirts in which I sent over my address etc, I then followed up on the 28th May to see how long delivery usually takes, message got read and ignored however I understood they may have been busy so left it again until 2nd June, again read and ignored, my boyfriend then messaged of his phone to see if there may be a problem with him receiving my messages, I messaged again on the 5th June, Olex then replied saying they will send the order out that night and that the quantity of T-shirts was already taken of the site so it was all sorted, I then followed up to see if there was a problem with delivery on the 13th June and then on the 18th and no reply. The company clearly used a fake competition in order to entice accounts to follow the business on instagram! No customer service at all just constantly being ignored despite being nothing but polite. Will not be using the business at all!
Reply to the reply under this review, this is completely incorrect and I’m more than happy to provide every screenshot I have of the communication between me and the company. I have documented every message in which proves you did not once say to email, as a matter of fact in the dm you had sent me you quoted ‘take 3 screenshots from our website’ then following on with another dm of ‘I’ll just do that rather than you ordering online’, I can’t understand why you have replied to the review that is a complete honest review with such lies, like I say I screenshot everything for my reference and in this case, it’s a great job I did as it proves everything stated in the review I have given to your company is true.
Also I have emailed and still yet had no reply.
