Ordered an outfit as a birthday present 3 months ago , delivery was delayed & I was understanding of that. Patiently waited even though it had passed the birthday I wanted it for. When it did come to Ireland, was sent back as it didn’t have the right documentation according to customs. Emailed about this & yous said yous don’t know what that is yous would let me know ect. Still patiently waiting, understanding some things are out of your control. Fast forward to now I’m being left seen multiple times , of me just asking about my order ect , habe now asked for a refund since I’m hearing nothing back & yous have left me seen with no response once again through Instagram as I was getting no response on email. All I wanted was the outfit for my bf which never came & now I can’t get a refund either? I’m really disappointed as I would have continued to purchase from yous if this wasn’t my experience & received my order.
