"Love the idea..."

Love the idea but definitely only bought to stop plants going to waste but of the Shade plant bundle, only 3 were actually suitable for shade. All were extremely root bound. The plants even say on the labels 'full sun' so not sure if this was an oversight or just all they had in stock when it was getting close to five weeks from ordering or they were in the area. Definitely a nice concept and love the ethos but beware of you need something specific, you need to be happy with what you get. All plants all came with some pests but this may be normal for garden centre plants so can't really comment.

"48 gorgeous, healthy plants!"

I ordered the Full Monty pack which promised at least 45 plants plus the compost. I actually received 48 plants. All bar one had a label with clear instructions and information. I don't really mind about my 'mystery plant' because it was over and above the 45 anyway.
I planted the plants over the course of about a week, finishing a couple of days ago. Looking round my garden now, I am delighted to have 48 really healthy looking plants, some of which have already grown at an astonishing rate.
The only reason I gave this four stars instead of five is that I would have liked a bit more information about the delivery time. OK, at the moment we're in lockdown so I'm not getting out much, but I did have to stay really alert and make sure someone was always around for almost three whole days because I was only given a three day window and they arrived at the end of day three.

"Loving it"

I have bough several bundles (spring and shades) as well as compost on separate deliveries: always been so happy with what I received, I do love the surprise aspect of these bundles and not having to spend hours on researching which plants likes sun or shades, etc. Deliveries are maybe taking more time that we have now been used to with other goods where some companies offer same or next day, but the announced delivery times (in working days, read the confirmation properly guys ;) have always been respected, if not delivered before. Very good quality too of compost and plants which blooming as soon as replanted/repotted, with a few plants needing some more love than others but that's all about saving these that would not be able to be sold in garden centres anymore.

"Asked what kind of site I had but provided unsuitable plants for it."

They asked what site you had and I specified I had a balcony but although their plants looked great, they were totally unsuitable. One was ground cover for boggy land, another was for dry rockeries. One of the others was past flowering and will present dead leaves for the rest of the year, it is not a container plant. Some people would be thrilled to get these lovely plants but disappointed then see them die within a few weeks anyway. The customer service were very reluctant to do anything about it although they eventually gave a £5 refund. I am not saying this company is a scam but they do not know anything about plants, that is for sure. I feel a bit misled by the marketing which suggested they care about plants and want to rescue them.

I’ve had two deliveries from Plant Savers to date: spring bundle, fruit and herbs bundle, and 2x bee bundle. I received a good selection of plants each time. They were all healthy, a good size and have flourished since I planted them. I’d order more but I’ve run out of space.
