They were very tidy and cleared everthing up when construction was finished
The results of their labours is top quality conservatory which I can now use as a room even in the winter.

"Tradesmen you can trust and a pleasure to work with"

We have bought a house and the conservatory was very tired. Two panels have slipped leaving a gap, plus it was either too hot or too cold. We even thought about knocking it down but decided to give it a go.

I found Snug Roofs through Check a Trader and the reviews were great. I called John and he was straightforward and efficient, providing me with prices and options without the need for a lengthy meeting or hard sell. As someone with a busy work schedule and family commitments, I appreciated this immensely. The company was able to slot me in for the next day, which was a huge plus.

They put the panels back into place and also added roof flashing to ensure a long-term fix. Remarkably, they did not charge extra for this additional work. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they put our needs first every time to make sure we were happy with the end result.

Colin went above and beyond and stayed late to make sure the job plus the extras was completed in time and with high quality. The team completed the insulation, plastering, and lighting installation in about a day and a half. They were professional, friendly, and left the space clean enough, exceeding my expectations.

The quality of the work is excellent, and my conservatory is a much more enjoyable and nice place to spend time thanks to John and his amazing team. What a breath of fresh air to find a team that is so hard working, respectful, nice and polite. A truly pleasure to work with.

We had a conservatory upgraded windows, warm roof, new french doors and an upstairs window replaced. All the builders were great lads, roof, windows, doors, plasterers, electrician, joiners, and the girls who phone to confirm and deal with queries, too many to name! "Conservatory roof replacement, new windows and front door"

Snug roof replaced our plastic conservatory roof with a really well insulated solid roof - it has transformed our use of our home. The whole house feels quieter and warmer. We also had 4 new windows and a new front door. Any snags and problems were handled efficiently and the outcome has been great. There was some really impressive attention to detail. All the workers we encountered worked to a high standard. The office staff were friendly, efficient and communicated effectively. They were very patient as we wrapped our heads across the system of paying for each job in 4 or 5 amounts. Across the two jobs, this felt complicated, however, this system is being reviewed. An extension to the service of an offer of the conservatory ceiling being painted would have been hugely appreciated.
