I was given full info about available flight tickets based on my requirement. i was allowed to take my time to come to a decision, no hard selling. They came back to me when the airline changed the price and was given other options that meet my criteria. I booked it and everything was smooth sailing from there. In all, great customer service, great experience, I will be back.

Firstly, exact travel purchase tickets from another travel agency(bright sun travel) so their customers are not protected by ATOL. I bought a ticket to Dubai from them last year but could not travel due to travel restrictions from covid. We asked for a date change and was asked to pay a £300 admin fee which I paid. I later found out that the airline and their vendor did this free of charge. I again could not make the trip so we instead asked for our tickets to be refunded. We were told by exact travel that this would not be possible. The airline affirmed this was not true and after so much argument and stress they agreed to put the ticket in for a refund. By the time the refund was transferred to my bank account, exact travel deducted another £600 as admin fee making a total of £900 lost to this company.
This company is a complete joke. My advice is to run and stay clear of this company. Purchase your ticket directly from the airline and avoid the stress and headache that comes with dealing with this company.

"Only pay with credit card in case of problems"

This agent will not only return your money, they will also lie about how much the airline returned.
I made a mistake to book via them to travel to Nigeria, Flights was cancelled and I had to travel by another route.
They did not return my money up till today.
They returned less than half of the money I paid for three people.
Please book your flights directly.

"Do not use them. They misrepresent Virgin Atlantic"

This travel agency was recommended by a friend that was why I booked my flight with them but I will never recommend them.
I am dealing with this travel agency who is trying to drag the name of Virgin Atlantic company in the mud because I have already contacted Virgin Atlantic direct who informed me that I should have received a full refund of what I paid for my flight.

I paid £950 for 2 flights to New Jersey in May but was cancelled due to the lockdown.

After a series of phone calls and emails to them, the travel agency is telling me that they got a refund of £504 from virgin Atlantic and hence, the refund due back to.me is £504.
Up till today 2nd of November 2020, I have not heard back from this travel agency.
