I and my husband had a really dreadful experience trying to book flight with exacttravel late 2018 and will warn people to be careful when dealing with exacttravel.

Exacttravel reserved flight ticket with deposit payment on my credit card. When I tried to complete the payment using the same credit card, exacttravel said the payment was not going through. For days we tried several times, also tried using all my four credit cards plus my husband credit cards but exacttravel kept making the same complain about all the cards. When I contacted all my credit card companies and also used the cards for transactions in other shops there were no issues at all. Exactrravel put us through terrible stress for days and kept increasing the ticket price daily. In the end they insisted that I pay with debit card only which made me feel uncomfortable after my experience with them so I declined their request. The situation was becoming too stressful, so I asked for my deposit back, they initially refused until I threatened to register a disputed transaction with my credit card company against them.

Be very careful in your dealings with exacttravel.

Hi, my wife booked for umrah online through exact travel. The service was fantastic and payment method was also easy. I would definitely recommend exact travel and will.be using them again. When booking blind, in a sense that you've not seen face to face can be a little daunting, but I must say they are very responsible
