"Terrible experience, never again - avoid!"

I had an appalling experience with Exact Travel and would not recommend them. I had to travel last minute as my mother was suddenly admitted to hospital. I had three hours to sort out my travel.

Exact Travel had an unnecessarily long and drawn out system which took most of my time and increased stress. I was forced to pay an additional £100 because their reservation consultant misspelled my name. By the time he corrected his mistake he said there were no flights left at the original price.

As my mother became worse I had to exchange my return date. This also took unnecessary amount of time and stress and cost me an additional £200.

My route was London-Nairobi which I’ve flown frequently for years, sometimes at short notice. Never have I experienced such appalling service, such lack of compassion or assistance in a very trying situation, such a rude consultatant (he shouted at me), such a blatant rip-off or such backward systems.

Avoid at all costs.
