I would like to thank Ali for assisting me in collecting my rent to buy vehicle as my car was in service. He was very welcoming, greeted me with a smile l, welcomed me in and offered to make me a coffee. This is what true customer service is.the process was very quick and I was back in the road and started working straight away. I highly recommend anyone to visit Otto Cars. They are better than all the other PCO rental companies out there.
