"HELP"

I would just like to let it be known that Akhil was a life saver. I was so upset b/c I got this error msg & a Toll free #877-252-4079 came up. I called the company. They told me they were with Microsoft. I gave them access to my computer, & when I wouldn't pay the cost for their svc, they put a password block on. They said Zavions is a local security, not Microsoft. I called Zavion next. I didn't know who to believe. But I was assured that they were legit & would assist me. I was called back multiple times until the issue was resolved. I will NEVER give anyone else access to my computer. Lesson learned & when 8/28th rolls around, I will be signing up for the lifetime tech spt. Thank you so very much. I am so relieved. Ahkil should be promoted, like to management. He is an absolute asset to your company. Thank you again.
