"Electri fault on Bed"
I order Bed through Bensions but i am fed up with just recievind a service call and the Men come with no parts to repair the Bed was delivered faulty the usb dont work and despite saying is a faulty wire connection and it needs a new unit or that it they will rewire it the service men arrive again with guess what no parts just to look they always manage to get them to light up but the first time they went off again within 10 mins with no one even touching the bed the second time they stayed on but went off within a couple of hours still with noone touching the bed surely and electrical fault on an electric bed is a serious problem and iam now worried wether its safe to even have pugged in

"Disgusting customer service"
Disgusting customer service! We were given a date for my Mum's bed to be delivered. At 4pm the day before delivery we were given a time slot. At 9am the next morning my Mum received a call to say they were not coming, 2 hours before they were due. 1 hour before the old bed was due to be collected. She then had to wait another week for the bed to arrive, along with the cot sides that were recommended by the customer service member. This time, both the bed and cot sides arrived. The bed was set up fine, no problem, but the cot sides could not be fitted as they needed a 'tech' to fit them. I contacted customer services the day after and they were not aware another visit was needed. so after another week wait, a team turned up who had no clue how to fit them. After an hour it was obvious that the cot sides were not suitable as my Mum lives on her own and to use them she would need someone else there to release the catches at the top and bottom of the rail. They took the cot sides back and I am waiting for a refund. However the refund does not include the price of the 'tech visit'! there is no reason for a second visit as we could have realised at the time they were delivered that they were not suitable, but the first Team obviously did not want to fit them. They now have £67.00 of my 80 year old Mum's savings that they are refusing to refund. Also beware if you call Furmanac you are calling a premium number and they keep you on hold as nobody answers the phone, and all that time you are paying

Corey and Sean were very prompt, professional and organised. They rang us 30 minutes beforehand so we didn’t have to wait around for the whole afternoon. They got the bed installed very quickly and efficiently. They also checked the bed to make sure it was working effectively and showed us how to operate the control.

"Bed replacement and repair"
Both members of staff replaced left bed and fixed that both beds move up to the same position. Made sure all blots were fixed correctly this time fixed that left bed draw now works ok.
Only problem left is right bed memory button 2 does not work and memory buttons 1 and 2 on right bed does not work. Both members of staff were very helpful and tried their best to get everything working. Even calling factory for help.

Fabulous, received my beautiful new Hestia Marcella bed today and it looks fabulous. So happy and the guys from Furmanac did a great job of navigating my steep stairs. A huge thanks to them and the rest of the team involved in arranging the delivery on time.

"Broken motor mechanism"
**Final update**
Received two brand new bed bases on the 20/02/23. The new bases were supplied complete with new motors. The new motor/mechanisms are visually different from the original ones. First impressions are that they appear to be an upgrade from the previous ones. So far so good.
Thankful at long last to have the bed operating on both sides again. Thank you furmanac.
**update**
Contacted today 27/01 and advised they will be sending out new bed bases complete with new motors. These should be in place sometime early February. Will post an update when all delivered and fitted.

Waiting to have a repair carried out on the head end motor mechanism on a tech motion plus bed purchased through Bensons for beds. Reported to Bensons on 18/01/23 and provided pics of shattered motor casing. They advised they would contact the manufacturer. Already had the other side of bed motor replaced for same issue within first few months of purchase. That repair took nearly 2 months to resolve. Still had no response from either Bensons or you the manufacturer regarding this. Really disappointed as bed was expensive and not as expected.
