I decided to buy some cross country skis so I could get outside and exercise. i had a brief idea of what I wanted, but the representative explained everything in full detail to me! Once i ordered my goods the shipping was easy and very quick. I could track my package the whole time as well! Plus the help on the website was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Found the bindings I wanted for the cheapest price I could, plus it included free shipping! Anytime I get "free" shipping, I always expect it to take a bit longer, but my bindings got here in 3 days. Overall very pleased with my experience.

The product is a 10. It is a very tight fit and therefore runs a size smaller than what you'd expect. the description should have clearly stated that, to avoid the return shipping process. It took 2-3 weeks to receive the first order, then same for return process, plus return shipping.
