I am so so impressed with Ramrugby - we had a tiny fault with a product we bought from them (minor zip issue). I emailed the company and got a response within 1hr asking me to send some pictures in. As soon as I did that I got an email back saying that a replacement product had been sent and should be with me within 24hrs! Unbelievably good Customer Service!!!

We were looking to source some temporary floodlights and Ram were great. Fortunately my point of contact was James who made the while process really easy. Excellent levels of communication, understood our needs and was really accommodating and helpful in getting the product ordered and delivered. Unfortunately on receiving the product, it didn't quite fit our needs and Ram were more than helpful in rectifying the issue and looking for new solutions. Would recommend!!
