I’d received a RAM bobble hat through my school and was impressed by the quality so, when my local youth football club wanted to raise funds for charity by selling some I went straight to them.

I recently brought a pop up tent with stumps that arrived faulty. I contacted RAM customer services who advised me to send some photos in with the fault. After a short delay with a response I was contacted by Patricia, Customer Service Manager. Firstly apologising for the delay, Patricia was quick to find a solution and was sympathetic to the issue and found a solution that was far above what I could of hoped for. Great customer experience!
