We have been using PRS Plumbing Solutions for almost a decade. They help us out every time. Paul is polite, friendly and always helpful. The team are tidy and keep any necessary mess to a minimum. We have just had a new boiler and tank installed. It was an absolute pleasure to have Gary do the work. He was nicely quiet, respectful, tidy, friendly and cracked on with the work. It couldn’t have gone any smoother. Thanks for another great job!

Gary today fitted our new gas boiler, 4 days after Paul quoted for it. Paul acted in a friendly and professional manner, and we felt very confident booking PRS to carry out the work.
Paul was here this morning to introduce Gary, and give him some information on the job. I found Gary to be as professional and friendly as Paul, working in a methodical manner, and completely clearing up after the job was finished. He is an asset to the company.
I thoroughly recommend PRS, and they would be our first choice for any future work.

"New boiler required"

Our boiler stopped working, Darren came out to confirm a new one would be required. I had a quote that evening from Paul and they offered to fit it on saturday (4days later). The quote included having hive fitted and a Worcester Bosch boiler with a 10 year guarantee. All carried out as agreed and cleared up after with the old boiler etc taken away. Highly recommend PRS plumbing-very friendly, efficient, helpful and reasonably priced.

Very pleased with the service that we received.
Alex who came and done the survey was very understanding and gave us th advice that we needed.
They gave us a date when the work was starting.
The engineer came on the day and had a minor problem but after a call to me this was sorted out.
Paul came to work with him.
Both very professional.
Work completed ahead of schedule.
Work done to a very high standard and all work areas cleaned at the end of the day.
Overall very happy with the work.
Will use again and recommend to friends and family.

"PRS replaced my aging boiler"

PRS replaced my aging boiler. From the initial visit by Paul to the completion the service was first rate.
I received a profession quotation outlining the technical and financial implications. The boiler and engineer arrived on the day specified. The installation and commissioning of the boiler was carried out to a high standard with minimum disruption. As a retired engineer I was amazed and pleasantly surprised how well this difficult replacement went. John Clark
