It is a fast and efficient experience which i use everyday as apart of my role.

Maximum file sizes are way too small for some full documents.
Addition of ".pdf" on the end of all file names is duplicated.
Time taken to upload documents is too long.
Website regularly crashes during the work day, stopping us from being able to use it.

I appreciate that with every negative review you are pushing the blame back on the customer & very rarely seem to take ownership & responsibilities for your problems.
I happen to have multiple email exchanges with your team apologising for server issues & the fact that you have definitely not had 100 coverage of your system.

E-sign is a really easy system to use and as a company their customer service is excellent.

I like the fact that they are UK based and that you can contact someone who will always get back to you regarding any queries.

If there was one thing I would suggest could be improved, it would be the speed at which the documents download on to the system, but it is a very small thing.

We’ve used used esign for a few years and the platform is easy to use. their customer support team have always been very responsive and helpful. Would recommend esign to any business!

We bout the application for esigning of financial statements which should online have signatures function.

We have requested the support team to remove date and time so people can just sign their name where required like DocuSign which most of banks use you only sign or type in your name.

Unfortunately we were told only signatures function is not permitted the date and time will have to be thier.

We have many services providers who wanted to sign in but with our experience we recommended DocuSign.

You really need to have only name signature function
