We have been using E-Sign for a number of years now and the platform itself has evolved in so many helpful ways that has allowed us to change the way that we work for the better. The system itself is straightforward with some added features which can be adapted to suit most workplaces and their needs. I have always had very positive experiences with the customer services team as well, they are very helpful and bend over backwards to make sure that you are able to use the software and make it work for you when you have queries. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending E-Sign.

"I have accidentally deleted our company…"
I have accidentally deleted our company E-sign account and when contacting E-sign chat they were really great in helping me, although is not an easy process and sometimes is irreversible. Desislava was wonderful and went above and beyond. She was answering quickly to all my questions and requests and she managed to re-open the account.
I can't thank you enough for all Desi did for our account and for all the professionalism that she has proved when dealing with customers.

After being a customer for a few years now we can say it is easy to use and they have convenient live chat communication in case of any enquiries. Adam has been particularly helpful with a specific matter recently. Easy to explain to external signers in case they are new to the website or electronic signing in general.

Beware of this company!!
As a business I signed up to this company and moments later I received an email thanking me for signing an agreement with another company. That agreement was sent to me in 2020 and I didn't sign it.
E-sign couldn't care less when I complained to them and said I must have signed the agreement. I had to pled with the other company not to take that agreement and thankfully they discarded the agreement otherwise it could have cost me a lot of money!!
Their systems are corrupt and they couldn't care less about customer service, they state its your problem.
Not good enough and there is a serious breach here.

"Poor communication and bad practices"
They have moved away from PAYG service. Desislava sent a screenshot of an email to us on 30th May explaining this, but this was never communicated in Jan 2022.
As a result, any credits are unusable. Access to signed documents is inaccessible. You are forced to add a monthly service service when I have a huge number of PAYG credits available to use.
They want me to pay twice, which I refuse as my credits should be honoured (since I payed for them).
Support are holding my account to ransom whilst a payment method is added so they can start yearly service. Why should I sign up if they can just lock you out without warning?
Poor communication and bad practices.
Had they of honoured my credits (purchased in 2021), I would have signed the monthly service. Until then, I will look elsewhere.

I signed up to another service with E-Sign losing that opportunity.
Adam R contacted me and is looking to refund credits. Will update results. Took and online review to make progress.
As far the offer of a basic plan it was for 2 months and only have back 10 from the 18 credits. I have purchased monthly plan elsewhere so a plan with a second provider wasn't helpful.
