Always Fashion is happy to take your money, but if there is a problem with the goods, they will refuse to help you to arrange a replacement or refund for the defective/faulty goods that they supplied.

We experienced very poor and unprofessional service. The service was a total disappointment, which is regrettable because their website has a great range of products that we would like to purchase. But after our experience with Always Fashion, it was the first and last purchase we ever make from alwaysfashion.com. SHOPPERS BEWARE!

Our story:

1. We recently made our first purchase from alwaysfashion.com.

2. The purchase amount was for USD $1220.52.

3. The goods arrived and upon opening, we found the goods to be defective / faulty.

4. The defect was a manufacturers defect. This was clearly evident because we already owned three of the exact same products, to which were able to compare.

5. We contacted Always Fashion via telephone to report the defect and to request a REPLACEMENT. (Not an exchange or refund, just a replacement).

6. Firstly, when you call Always Fashion, the telephone option prompt for English does not connect with an English speaker.

7. We finally were connected to an English speaker named, “Fuat” who was a Manager. We explained that our order had arrived and that the goods were defective/faulty. He requested that we send an email with photos showing the defect/fault. So we did. We never heard anything more from Fuat.

8. We followed-up via telephone several days later and spoke to “Ms Turkmen”, who again requested that we send an email to her with photos showing the defective/faulty product. So we did, but this time we waited on the telephone until she confirmed that she had received the email and photos. She said that she would get back to us. Ms Turkmen never got back to us.

9. Several days later, we followed-up via telephone and again spoke to Ms Turkmen, who explained that there was nothing that Always Fashion could do to help, and that we had to contact the brand/manufacturer in our country to arrange a replacement or refund. We advised that this would require a receipt of purchase to do this and Ms Turkmen advised that we should lie about from where we purchased the item to the brand manufacturer and that Always Fashion provide a fake receipt of purchase, a receipt from a boutique in Turkey.

10. We were uncomfortable with their solution offered. It was very far and inconvenient for us to have to travel to the boutique in our city and to have to take the defective product there, and we did not feel comfortable about lying to the boutique staff about where we purchased the item.

11. We explained to Ms Turkmen, that as we purchased the goods from the alwaysfashion.com website, we would prefer if Always Fashion would arrange the replacement, as we purchased the goods from Always Fashion in good faith.

12. Ms Turkmen refused.

13. We requested, if they could not arrange a replacement, we would like a refund.

14. Ms Turkmen then advised that Always fashion had an internal policy that they do not replace, exchange or refund goods after 14 days. Fourteen days had lapsed, so she refused to refund, replace, or exchange the faulty/defective product.

15. We explained that any fourteen -day internal policy would relate to exchanges and refunds on orders, but would not relate to replacements for faulty and/or defective goods.

16. Ms Turkmen disagreed and refused to help us and requested that we contact the brand manufacturer in our country. Always Fashion confirmed this in writing and did not even provide any contact details for the brand in our country. FAIL.

17. In our country consumers / online shoppers are legally entitled to a replacement or refund for any defective/faulty goods they receive. And the purchaser gets to choose which they prefer, a replacement or refund. Also, the seller is responsible for the cost of return of the faulty/defective goods. Always fashion has breached our consumer laws which can result in hefty fines.

18. Always Fashion demonstrated very poor and unprofessional service. Our experience with our online purchase of a premium product from Always Fashion has been a complete and total disaster, which is disappointing because their website is great has a great range of products that we would like to purchase. It was the first and last purchase we will ever make from alwaysfashion.com. FAIL.

That´s what I call a fantastic shopping experience!

I´ve searched for one specific watch I could only find here - also for a very good price.
I had some questions regarding the size and some shipping topics which were answered promptly and friendly by the support team.
The watch was sent out in the stated timeframe (as seen on the product page). Shipping to germany was no issue - I got DHL Express as the shipping option. The shipping was lightning fast and I received the watch here in germany only one day after the ship-out from alwaysfashion!

Thank you very much - and keep up the great service. That was definitely not the last time I bought something from you.
