Initially my purchase wasn’t shipped within the time started on the website, so I sent a couple of emails but nobody replied. However, once I did manage to get in touch Always Fashion were great. An individual took ownership of the problem and ensured I got the item before it was required (it was a birthday present).
So despite a bad start, things were fixed, and I love the item. Great price too!

All in all a very straightforward and rewarding process.
The price was very good too.
