When I opened the package, the ink bottle was missing from the set and upon my pointing out, they found the ink bottle and delivered it overnight to the Four Seasons Hotel, while emailing me to update the status. They also called the hotel concierge desk to confirm my receipt. I was very impressed how responsive and responsible they are and will definitely buy again from them in the future.
