Avoid this company they sent completely different taps than ordered twice in a week.customer service terrible no apology I’m still waiting for refund...shambles

On the other hand they send the money back in a reasonable time, and seems like there is a customer care service so will give 3 starts rather than 1.

I ordered an item and immediately contacted the company to ensure that they have it in stock. They responded very quickly and said they will dispatch the same day. DX Tracking looks suspicious but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Two weeks later, no update whatsoever and they claim the “courier cannot find the parcel”. Fishy company. Buy elsewhere.

Sent completely wrong item twice. I do not mean slightly different, I mean nothing like what I ordered whatsoever.

After returning, no refund after a week. Going to have to go through PayPal.

Recently bought a toilet syphon system from this company, all the packaging for the product had been previously opened so was obviously someone elses return.

They also seem to think it was okay just to put it in a plastic bag to send, no protection, how it wasn't smashed I'll never know.

Have yet to fit and find out if it works okay

Direct Line use this Company, they were called out to an overflowing toilet cistern. Water literally pouring through kitchen ceiling, l isolated the water supply. First engineer missed 4-6pm slot, but did arrive at 9:30pm, (he finished his last call at 1:10am), he assessed the job, but I know what it's like to be running late, so agreed to new call next day.

Dave arrived, got new internal parts in and tested. Excellent job, professional, Throughout.

Ordered an under-sink water heater. Very competitive price and it arrived in under 24 hours despite not choosing the "Next business day" delivery.

Gave 1 star as no stars was not an option! This is a disgusting company. They sent me the wrong shower and then refused to take it back as it would be used! They admitted fault but would only offer a 20% refund. I am now left to buy another shower at a further cost to me because of their mistake. Will also be contacting trading standards. AVOID AVOID AVOID unless you want ugly items delivered to your home that they can obviously not sell elsewhere!!!!!!!

"Customer service not the best..."

Bought a Triton Shower from them via Amazon. Shower arrived no problem in a matter days. However, it didn't have any instructions or any registration details with it so I could register it with Triton for the years Guarantee. Tried to contact Plumb2u via their contact page to see if I could get hold of the installation instructions etc. but never got a reply. Luckily I had the same shower before and still had the old instructions. Also contacted Triton with my shower serial number who were great and registered my product - they would have probably sent me the manual as well if I asked. Probably wouldn't buy any high value products from Plumb2u as if it goes awry you are probably on your own!

"Really poor customer service"

Don't bother with this company. Brought a product that developed a fault. They do not respond to telephone calls or emails. In the end I went direct to the manufacturer who replaced the product. Would never use them again
