Like mentioned before - they do not tell you when items are out of stock. In fact from the moment I ordered I heard nothing. The website and phone numbers are non-functioning. I had to track them down from the credit card company - they are a branch of Tucker French - phone the Epsom track for problems.

I ordered a bath/shower tap and a pair of washbasin taps which arrived next day. Unfortunately the wrong washbasin taps had been dispatched. Customer services immediately responded with apologies, with the correct taps dispatched immediately together with a return label so the courier could take the incorrect taps back with him.

Cannot fault this service recovery and the taps (Bristan) are superb value.

"Purchase of Siren shower unit."

This was bought on 10-June and it showed 10 or more items in stock. I was given delivery date of 12-June and took day off to receive the item. Was not delivered. Had to chase item and it was not until am 19-June that was told item had been out of stock. Had to re-arrange plumber to install item and only now is it in and working.
Absolutely appalling lack of communication !

The thermostatic power shower purchased from Plumb2u was great value and delivery was prompt, with notifications all the way. Sadly, the package suffered a mishap en route and the shower arrived damaged.
I received a response to my email very quickly and arrangements made for a replacement to be sent immediately and for the damaged unit to be collected - no questions asked (maybe the photos of the damaged packaging and damaged part I had sent might have helped). The replacement unit was delivered the following day.
This is the way business should be done. Professional and courteous service and I was informed every step of the way. First class. I would have no hesitation in recommending Plumb2u.
