this is not really a bad review as I have been unable to get on your website and the phone number is not valid so can you advise me if you sell bathroom accessories please. Very helpful and efficient service - after a couple of phone calls they even loaded extra items on the website so I could complete my order online. Only slight glitch was that on a couple of occasions it was difficult to get through on the phone but perserverance paid off!

From start to finish, the service and advice we received on refurbishing our bathroom was second to done, sincere thank you to Daniel and Trisha for re-designing the only bathroom in our house and for making it transform from a 1970's version to the modern one we have today.
Upon visiting the showroom, Kim made us feel very welcome and gave us ideas on how to refurbish our bathroom with styles that she felt would suit our personal needs. You don't realise how much you don't know about what you need behind the scenes (fittings and parts) but Kim said we were not to worry about that as she would take care of all of that and subsequently did so, we cannot thank her enough for the expert advice she provided us.

Our refurbishment was headed by Jacob (JVR Projects) of whom we were more than impressed. Jacob is a credibility to JVR and we could not believe how talented this young man is. He kept us informed all the way through and openly shared his ideas as to where he felt the fittings ( Shower, down lights etc) should go and again can only thank him for helping transform our bathroom, a true professional.
Sincere thanks to both JVR and Tbgallery, we are so pleased that we chose your partnerships to renovate our bathroom for us and we would highly recommend you to anyone.
