"Quick delivery/ Poor service"
I ordered a Sauermann SI-30-230V Condensate Pump w/Detection, and it arrived quickly and price was on par with others. How ever, I ordered the part for a just in case scenario for my mini split ac system and come to find out I didn't actually need it. The problem is that this company is the only one to decide if i can return it or not and ONLY under their circumstances. This includes a getting a return notice with an MRA return number, a 15% restocking fee and shipping the item back paid for by me for an unopened/ unused product. NOT a very friendly company that is geared toward the customer. My advice is to use Amazon or anyone else that isn't greedy and problematic with returns. I gave two stars for the delivery. Service and returns gets 0 stars. Follow up- Who pays for my shipping to return it? So you are telling me that it cost you $12.75 to ship it to me and you want this back to be able to resell it at the same price. So now you get your money back and nothing lost, but I have to i will be up a creek for your $12.75 and another $12.75 (a total of $26) to ship it back to you? So tell me again why I should use Test Equipment Depot in the future?

"Ordered a set of test leads on 7-20"
Ordered a set of test leads on 7-20. No response or contact so I called on 7-27 and was informed they were on back-order and would ship the next day. That did not happen! Finally on the 30th I heard from them.They entered my credit card # and it was declined.I use a feature that allows me to use a different cc# for each online purchase.After 10 days of non activity my card company auto suspends that number. Guess they shot themselves in the foot on that one. Would never order again!

I purchased an Aven 26700-302 digital microscope, advertised as 9Mp
big heavy stand, clumsy at best
poorly built microscope and software that would not discover the microscope on windows
alternative software produced images at 1744 x 1308so the 9Mp was some sort of interpolation.
I called test equipment depot, the supposedly manager of customer service said she would call me back and never did. next I emailed and got the argument that it was a 9Mp camera in the scope.
back and forth over several weeks, I finally get an RMA, no shipping label so I have to pay shipping, and they charged me a restocking fee.
so this company spends 3 phone calls, 6 emails to cheat a customer out of < 40$, what will they do if you buy some expensive equipment?

"Shipping has been the worst experience I have ever had."
Ordering was simple shipped as promised. But a signature was requested upon delivery. I have been waiting all day for 2 days now and as soon as I leave fed ex shows up and leaves a missed you note. When I try to schedule a time with fed ex or pick up from depot fed ex wants me to open an account and leave a credit card number for billing !!!! ALL I WANT IS MY PACKAGE !!!!!

I ordered this ph tester on a Friday and it was here on Monday. Thats very fast. It was a little less money than the competitor.
