The transition from my current supplier was very smooth thanks to Louise and Dimitri, I did not need to worry about contacting the supplier for the switch, they did it all for me. I just switched several properties for Supporting Lives with Consultiv Utilities and had great service from Michael Grieves and Sam Butcher. Now have lower costs and expecting some refunds for VAT. All organised by Mike and Sam with minimal effort from me

I am treasurer for a committee that manages a Town/ Village Hall enabling numerous activities to be available to local residents in a comfortable environment at very reasonable prices. We are Charity registered so any profits are used to keep the hall in a healthy state of repair.
Our energy contracts are normally fixed over 3 years and we are coming to their renewal in 2026. This time we have dealt with Consultiv Utilities and in particular Aidan Angus who has been a huge help to us. Aidan is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable guiding us through what can be a minefield without fuss. He has arranged contracts that we are very acceptable at a difficult financial time for everyone. We know where we stand for the next 3 years which very important with other costs constantly rising.
So the purpose of this review is to thank the company and Aidan for completing the contracts with the minimum of stress for us. We will be using them again next time without a shadow of doubt.
