Vor 3 Wochen wurde uns die Erstattung zugesagt, bisher ist diese nicht da! Hatten extra eine Versicherung abgeschlossen! Emails werden blockiert- was ist da los??

Wir haben Pässe mit der Versicherung gekauft. Uns wurde eine Rückzahlung vor vier Wochen zugesagt. Es ist nicht passiert. E-Mails werden nicht mehr beantwortet.

Keiner kann etwas für die Krise in der wir uns momentan befinden. Wir haben für 5 Reisende einen New York Sightseeing Pass gekauft! Nachdem ich nun tagelange auf eine Antwort auf meine gewartet habe, habe ich gestern aus Deutschland in der UK angerufen. Ich habe ca. 24 Minuten in der Warteschleife verbracht.Die Dame war im 1. Schritt sehr hilfsbereit und wollte mir eine Verlängerung des Passes anbieten. Auf Rückfrage, ob ich damit auf weitere Rechte verzichten muss......hat sie einfach aufgelegt!!!!! Unglaublich und auch sehr unverschämt.

I have booked 5 passes for our trip to New York, which we had to cancel due to the current circumstances. After waiting for day for a reply to my e-mail, I decided to ring the UK hotline from Germany. I had to wait for 24 minutes in the line, afterwards I finally got to talk to someone. In the first step the lady was helpful and she offerered me to extend the pass for antoher 12 month. I explained to her, that we will not be able to travel to New york within that time, she said that is bad luck! I asked her, if we accept that offer, do we give up any legal right and option....the answer, she hung up!!!! Unbelievable and very rude.

What a confusing website. It's best to directly buy from the attraction that you want to visit because you will not save any money if you get the pass that includes everything. If you buy the select amount of attractions pass, you still have to visit them all within a certain amount of time and you still have to wait in line for almost every attraction. 9/11 Museum was such a long wait, meanwhile other passes got you in a considerably shorter line. Do not buy this pass and especially do not buy this pass through a rebates website because they will just not honor your order.

Compramos para 5 atracciones en new york, por desgracia, a los dos dias,nos cerraron todas las atracciones por el covid19, habiendo usado solo 3 atracciones, no nos devuelven nada, el pase nos costo 144€ por persona, no vale la pena comprar por adelantado..

"No hacen frente a los problemas"

No le daba ni una estrella. Mi chico y yo compramos un pase flexible para ir a NY y no lo hemos podido usar a causa del Coronavirus, ya que nos han cancelado los vuelos y el alojamiento. La respuesta que nos dan es pésima, nos dicen que es culpa nuestra por no haber contratado el seguro. No se hacen responsables ante una situación así. Lamentable. Por su culpa estamos apunto de perder casi 400€.

Einfach zu handhaben! Funktioniert einwandfrei ohne was auszudrucken. Das Handy genügt!
