"Worst ever"

Worst ever. Harlem gospel booked with this pass and we had to pay 40 usd because the church didn't received their payment in 2024 si they don't accept pass anymore. But none told us a word before we arrived at the event.

"A EVITER"

Quand tout fonctionne pas de problèmes. En revanche quand vous vous voyez refuser l'entrée d'attractions comprise dans le pass ca commence à être gênant. Aucune aide disponible aussi bien au numéro de téléphone indiqué ou l'on vous dit rappeler plus tard "occupé" et encore moins par mail ou j attends encore une réponse depuis des jours. Support et aide inexistant !!!

"¿Malo? No, lo siguiente"

¿Malo? No, lo siguiente, que asco de compañía, intentamos ir a las oficinas que estan al lado de Times Square para que nos dijeran que pasaba con el pase por que nos daba error. No hay oficinas, no las busquéis, la de la estatua de la libertad dos dias con el sistema caído y no nos dieron ninguna respuesta a los correos, las atracciones dejan mucho que desear y no te dan informacion de donde dirigirte a realizar las cuestiones. Si queréis tirar el dinero o vivir al limite de si vais a poder subir a las mismas comprarlo, que asco de compañía.

Ho letto ora le recensioni forse dipende dai periodi acquistati 4 pass abbiamo fatto di tutto solo per stanchezza abbiamo saltato il bronx e New York by night per il resto abbiamo prenotato sul sito tutto e nessuno ci ha chiesto un euro in più . Escluse le mance ovviamente! Consigliatissimo abbiamo fatto 4 osservatori la Gran Central con spiegazione di Collin bravissimo la Crociera , big bus, Moma museo e pedi cab con Max e Jonny entrambi super carini in Central park .

Price is irrelevant when you get poor customer service.
Called up to extend my flex tickets. I had already called onec to check as you had not responded to my message and there was no other contact option. Bearing in mind I am a foreign visitor calling on mobile.
Sadly the call handler did not understand my simple request and we went round and round in circles racking up a big phone bill. Most customers come from abroad I imagine. over 20 minutes later I hope I have got what I asked, not confident that I have. I will find out in 3 days

"Waste of Money – Attractions Unavailable & No Help"

I am extremely disappointed with my experience using the Sightseeing New York Pass. Despite their advertising that most attractions do not require advance booking, we found this to be completely untrue. We were unable to use the pass for key experiences like the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island Tour because they required advance reservations.

For attractions that did require reservations, the process was frustrating and unreliable. The website was unresponsive when trying to book Madame Tussauds, and when I finally received confirmation, it was for a completely different date than the one I had selected. Additionally, we tried to book the Christmas Lights Tour, only to find it was fully booked—another major disappointment.

To make matters worse, I reached out to customer service through their contact form, and they never responded. The lack of communication and support has been incredibly frustrating. Overall, this pass failed to deliver on its promises, and I feel I did not receive the value I paid for. I would not recommend it.

"Support onbereikbaar bij problemn / support unreachable"


We fail to create an account - keep getting error code / pass cannot be used to make reservation - already 5 mails to support - no response - meanwhile we have lost 360 USD
We slagen er niet in om een account aan te maken - krijgen steeds foutcode / pas kan dus niet gebruikt worden om reservering aan te maken- reeds 5 mails naar support - geen enkele reactie - ondertussen zijn we wel 360 USD kwijt

"Worked well for us!"

My heart sank on reading the negative reviews on here as I’d already bought our 3 day sightseeing pass for New York, however they worked really well for us. I spent time ahead of our trip planning our days and pre booking some sights. We were able to see all we wanted, had no problems at all with places accepting our passes and saved a lot of money!

"Scam and fraud"

Scam and fraud.
Bought this pass for London sightseeing. No attraction we came had any knowledge about this pass and rejected entry.
No answers on emails. When calling the hotline and requesting tickets, you hear a fake voice and a few moments later the call is cancelled. No tickets. That‘s scam!
