"No Contact responses at all"
I have purchased 2 x 3 Day Sightseeing Passes and am trying to organise our time in New York.
Most of the bookings are simply coming up as "Unavailable on that date" - I've tried all sorts of dates.
I have sent FOUR contact forms over the past week and have no responses at all.

"Terrible customer service"
Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced. I wasted $151.
I bought a six attraction tickets. I planned to do three in one day and scheduled according to time and distance. The information of some attractions were not up to date causing my scheduled to fall apart. That day I only saw one attraction and wasted my time and Uber money going to attractions that were either closed or have a different tour than the one advertised. I called Sightseeing several times and after long waits, when I finally talked to a representative the call were "disconnected". That happens three times in one day so I do not believe those calls were "disconnected" but they just hung up on me. Mi several emails were totally ignored too. Months later I got an email saying that "due to a larger-than-average volume of emails, you should expect to receive a personal response within 24-48 hours". It has been eight weeks since then!!!
Such a waste of money. I do not recommended this company for tours.

"Seit über 4 Monaten warte ich nun auf…"
Seit über 4 Monaten warte ich nun auf die Rückerstattung der Pässe (600 €) trotz Versicherung. Die Reise konnte nicht stattfinden aufgrund der Insolvenz eines großen Reiseanbieters. Entweder man bekommt gar keine Antwort oder wird vertröstet. Der Anbieter ist auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen, leider nur Ärger!

My passes for the London sightseeing never worked. A lot of attractions turned us away and informed us that this is a scam and a lot of people went through the same. DO NOT BUY THESE PASSES.

"Con waste of money"
Brought the sightseeing pass as it looked valve for money. Wanted to go to the metropolitan museum of art it tells you to goto 8th avenue to collect your tickets,but the office is not there any more. After a number of emails to them all they say is the met is not on there pass but it is on there paperwork showing it is. It's just a con for you to buy the pass. Am now in touch with my bank to claim the pass money back. I have asked them a number of times just to pay the money back we paid out to get into the met, but they refused

"bad experience in empire state building"
Good evening. In July we bought the 10 attractions USA sightseeing pass. M
With my pass, I reserved four timeslots for the Empire State building, on Friday, the 23rd of August at 8 pm. Unfortunately, we just came back from the Empire State building, and we were not let in with our Sightseeing passes. They claim that the hours of sunset have been changed four days ago, and that we had to pay $40 extra, $10 a person. Without the extra payment, we could not proceed.
Also they claimed that they informed the offices of sightseeing pass, and that they should have informed all users of the pass about this.
We have not been informed and were not able to change the time of our visit to a date without the extra charges of $10 per person.
We had to pay $43.50 including tax extra to visit the Empire State building, and we lost the opportunity to see the sunset. I claim a refund for these charges, as we were not informed in advance about these changes.
I would like to get these extra charges refunded!.
Also the employees of the Empire State building notified us that every day there are long queues of people that exactly the same, so not notifying the people who booked their tickets in advanced is quite an issue, maybe they are not aware of this!

"The worst wasted money ever"
We're gonna report sightseeing for failure to comply with the services. This is our fifth day with the card and we have not been able to exchange or enjoy the services that require a prior booking. The app interface doesn't work and the web doesn't solve the problem. We have written two times without answer.
Definitively the worst wasted money in my whole life. We tried to find the offices of Sightseeing in the address of Manhattan that appears in the web but is a ghost company that doesn’t exist anywhere.

"No replies whatsoever"
Tried to book in advance entry to Empire State Building on their app & website, but just gets error message that it is not available whatever dates I choose. Emailed them twice and got an automatic reply that they reply within 24 hours. Has been a week and no replies whatsover. Beginning to think this is a scam and google them, and true enough it says so when you see all the reviews here.

"Very bad experience in New York with NYC Premium Bus"
This is the third time that i write about a serious disservice that i suffered by Sightseeing Pass in New York, together with my wife and my two friends. I had booked a Guided NYC Premium Bus for August 1st, at 9:30 am, meeting point in front of the Starbucks on 47th street and 8th avenue, booking
6B4VBXTX. Well, we waited in vain until 10:30 and no means of transport (bus, car, pick up or other) ever arrived to pick us up. I called the number indicated several times (+1 800 669 0051), but no one ever answered me. I even walked to the Sightseeing Pass location listed on the site (150 W 46th St., Suite 505 New York, NY 10036), but the lady who runs a place at 150W of 46th street replied that the Sightseeing Pass office was not there. Truly an absurd and disheartening experience, which demonstrated to me the lack of professionalism and seriousness of Sightseeing Pass. I hope that at least this time my report will not be ignored as happened on the morning of August 1st and 2st, when i wrote to Sightseeing Pass without receiving any response.

"Pessima esperienza a Bergen"
Il tour della città di Bergen è stato molto più corto dell'ora che c'era stata promessa. Ma più che altro la spiegazione nell' audioguida si è rivelata spesso solo un susseguirsi di nomi di vie. Ci sono stati tantissimi periodi di silenzio ed inoltre la guida non era in fase con il percorso. €40 spesi davvero male!! Completamente insoddisfatta!
