"Worked well for most attractions"

Worked well for most attractions, email each place ahead if you can to make sure. We emailed a few cruise companies which replied saying they didn’t take the pass, even though listed on website. If you do email though, you should have no problem. We used it for MoMa, Madame Tussaud’s, Empire state, The Edge, Top of the Rock, Big Bus tour, and Circle Line cruises with a 2-day Day Passes. (Maybe even more, can’t remember) - definitely got our money’s worth. Would recommend if you are able to put a bit of planning into it so you definitely get your money’s worth

"Saved tonnes in NYC"

Our NYC passes were absolutely brilliant. We did so much more than we would have done without it. I'd definitely buy these again. We saved several $100

"Pass didn't work at all"

We bought a three attractions pass back in November. When we arrived in New York in May we found out that it had supposedly already been used in March. A very nice lady at the Top of the Rocks counter talked to their customer service and we where then asked to provide our boardinf passes as proof that we just arrived. I sent them by mail immediately and never heard back from them. Only two automatic mails that said they would get back within 48 hours.
Luckily, we got our money back through PayPal. Looks like PayPal didn't get an answer either.

"NOT WORTH THE MONEY AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE"

Booked this 3 day Pass on the 1st May for our trip at the beginning of June. We arranged our 5day stay around this pass and attractions advertised on website.
When we arrived for the first day at the hop on hop off bus we were advised that it valid for that day only. We looked at small print on website and it was there but difficult to find a second time. Apparently the bus is counted as an attraction. This was not clearly note on the website. I had purchased on in 2016 and we could use the bus pass for the duration of the 5Pass booked.

We went to 9 11 and found that this was not included in the museum. Which is marked that it was. During a visit to empire state the ticket was not valid but the kind lady there let us in.
I emailed the company after this and received no reply until 3 days after I left the USA. Not very good for an emergency contact. I have asked for a refund for 9/11 museum and have not received a reply despite the email stating that they would reply in 24 to 48 hours.

This was part of my partners birthday celebrations and definitely put a dampner on our visit to New York and definitely not worth the £450 i spent, never mind the additional expenditure for subway/taxi/buses to get around and museum passes. Some of the attractions passes work some didn't so was very hit and miss.

Customer services is rubbish and big bus company advised that NYC sightseeing company had been take over.

15th June after emailing on 10th june requesting refund for 9/11 museum payment I had to pay as they had technical difficulties (this was a guy saying they didnot take these pass) still no reply despite an automated email reply with 24 to 48 hours !!!

"Terrible Customer Service. Changing their story non-stop"

I called Sightseeing pass to reserve my included shuttle from the airport. The lady informed me I cannot reserve in advance and must call from the airport, which I thought wasn't normal with shuttles, as I'd the have to wait extra time for them to come. She told me it would be a 15-30 minute wait, which I thought was fine then. When I called later on arrival, they tried to charge me $40 for the shuttle. After telling them this was included, they then told me that I had to reserve in advance and not on arrival, which is why they're trying to charge me. When I explained what the first person said, they then said they can try and reserve someone for an hour wait and will prioritise everyone else who reserved in advance, which was not what was I was told. He then ridiculed me, saying I should not buy a ticket if I don't know how it works (when I clearly followed the steps). I explained the original person promised up to 30 minutes. They then said they'll get one in 30 minutes for me. When I thought this was over, they informed me the 5 day pass I purchased was only active for 1 day. I payed 439 dollars, so this clearly was not the case, and the ticket said 5 days on it. They said it'll be 1 day and they can't help me, and to contact Viator, where I purchased it from. In the end, it took 30 minutes on the phone just to organise a shuttle. After waiting an hour and the shuttle still hasn't arrived, or contacted me on arrival as promised, I called and they said the shuttle was just pulling into the terminal (I don't know how they could know this instantly without contacting the driver). Another 30 minutes and he still hadn't arrived. Then another 45 minute wait for him to leave. Upon arrival, it took me almost 3 hours from calling to get to the accommodation. Instead of 1 hour by train. This now meant I won't be able to use the pass properly after so many unnecessary delays and stress. I also found out there is no such thing as "fast pass" which they claimed, and no vendor at the attractions accepted Sightseeing Pass for the Express queues. A complete disaster and would avoid buying from these people at all costs!

"Bus Ticket not working as it should"

We wanted to travel by Bus to the Outlet Woodbury. As we showed our Tickets to the Bus driver, he told us we had to exchange our virtual for a real ticket, because Sight Seeing NY is just a 3rd party. End of the story we searched 30mins for the ticket counter and afterwards had to wait over 1 hour until the next Bus arrived. No kind of Information from SSNY regarding the Exchange of the ticket!

"Wir hatten eine Extra-Versicherung…"

Wir hatten eine Extra-Versicherung während des Kaufvorgangs abgeschlossen, welche die Kosten übernimmt, falls die Reise nicht stattfinden kann und man die Sightseeing-Pässe nicht nutzen kann, Und dann kam Corona und wir konnten nicht in die USA fliegen. Seit mittlerweile über 2 Jahren versuche ich nun unser Geld (knapp 500 €) zurück zu bekommen, werde aber nur vertröstet. Eine offizielle Adresse oder Versicherungsunterlagen gibt es nicht. Daher ist man auf eine E-Mail-Adresse angewiesen. Ich kann nur dringend davon abraten dort was zu bestellen, selbst mit Versicherungsschutz bekommt man im Notfall sein Geld nicht zurück.

"Viaggio a New York dal 12 al 19 Maggio…Pessima esperienza"

Viaggio a New York dal 12 al 19 Maggio 2023, acquistato un Sightseeing Flex 10 attrazioni. Sul sito c'era scritto che si poteva utilizzare il bus ma di fatto non è così. Con il Flex fai solo il giro con il Big bus, che è considerato attrazione, quindi un giro solo e poi basta. Comunque le fermate sia del Bigbus che dei Sightseeing non sono facilmente individuabili perchè non c'è segnaletica, infatti in una settimana non ho mai visto una fermata. Ti devi rivolgere a coloro che cercano di venderti per strada gli abbonamenti e se non parli bene inglese non è facile capire. Non fate questo abbonamento se sperate di spostarve col bus

"Used the pass for a week and had no issues"

Used the pass for a week and had no issues at all. Visited 14 different attractions from Big Bus Tours, St Patrick's Cathedral, Radio City Music Hall and most of the observatories overlooking the city. Night time boat tour out to photograph the Statue of Liberty up close. Foodonfoot tour to great small restaurants where you bought the food you like. Bike ride tour through Central Park with Matti from Fancy Apple bike company. Liked the ride so much we later went back and paid cash to have a 3 hour bike ride down the Hudson River Park to Battery point on protected bike trails. Too many other attractions to mention them all. Bought the pass for $309 and got over $650 of free admission to the attractions. Great value and no need to pull out your wallet for cash or credit card.

"Kein Anstehen …"

Wir hatten an keiner der Sehenswürdigkeit Kartenfreien Eintritt überall Stundenlanges Anstehen.
Schade das war eine der Hauptgründe
für das Sightseeing Ticket.
Am Ende zusammengerechnet 1 Tag Verlust für Anstehen.
