The Sightseeing Pass

"NICHT KAUFEN…"
Das ist das schlechteste was ich je gekauft habe. 300 Euro pro Person im Voraus bezahlt. Bei allen wichtigen Attraktionen wurde der Pass jedoch abgelehnt weil sie aktuell wegen dem großen Andrang den Pass nicht nehmen.Pech gehabt. Wir wurden auf den Anbieter verwiesen. Bei der Hotline versprach man uns zu helfen… darauf warten wir heute noch.

"** Misleading Information and Bad…"
** Misleading Information and Bad Customer Service **
Don't buy a Sightseeing Pass as it could ruin your vacation days and planning esp if you are with family. Their site is full of misleading information and customer service is horrible.
Post-cruise we planned to spend two nights in Miami with a specific plan to visit 4 attractions, so we bought a 4-attractions Flex pass for 3 adults and 1 child costing us $400+
Big Bus Night Tour: We went there and the bus driver told us the QR code was only for the day tour. I called customer service, they said the pass is only for the day tour. I told the agent the website clearly says you could either choose a day or night tour. Instead of apologizing for misleading information and ruining our precious evening time in Miami, the agent was rude and said we couldn't get a refund, and advised us to visit other attractions. Really? we bought a Flex Pass so we could visit specific attractions and not just any attractions. They ruined our precious evening and cost us $60+ for the taxi on top of non-usable $400+ passes for this attraction.
Here are the specific words from their site and app:
"Sightseeing DAY Pass and FLEX Pass holders can choose EITHER the Big Bus Classic Hop-on Hop-off Miami Tour OR the Big Bus Panoramic Night Tour."

"Scam"
Scam, AVOID
This is a complete scam and doesn’t work. Don’t waste hundreds of dollars/pounds. The qr codes never work and the “customer service” are rude and hang up telling you to email.
You will be forced to pay for each attraction again

"Complete waste of money"
Paid almost $500 for a three-day pass. But then found most of the attractions required you to book in advance (subject to availability), and when we tried to book, we got no response from the providers. As we were only in NY for a few days, we then had to book directly and pay for the attractions. Contacted Sightseeing Pass (automated response we will be in touch within 48 hours - no good to us as at that time we would be on our way home). And then received a bland email, no insurance, not our problem! Waste of money, steer well clear.

"Sconsigliato e inaffidabile"
Sconsigliato e inaffidabile! Ripeto assolutamente inaffidabile..😡😡😡

"No pass sent- Money lost"
Honestly 1 star because I can’t give them less. I bought one of their flex passes for over 250$ to visit New York with my boyfriend last Tuesday. It’s Sunday and I haven’t heard from them. I can’t find their offices and I can’t call anybody since I’m visiting from another country and don’t have an American number to use. They don’t reply emails and they have basically ruined my trip.

"No pass sent through, no refund!"
Do not use! This company did not send through the passes until 3 days later when it was too late for us to use them. They refuse to refund me for something they did not provide.
The website states the passes are immediate downloadable, so we bought them while in New York. As they came through 3 days late we had done most of the attractions already.
We tried numerous ways of contacting them; their customer service is the worst I’ve ever come across.
I’d strongly advise not using them, as you may lose a lot of money, or you may come across difficulties contacting them should you need to.
My sister and I saved for a long time for this holiday: the company deprived us both of experiences and money as a result of what we can only assume is careless organisation.
They finally refunded one pass a month later as they said it was a duplicate purchase. But this was not the point, we bought two passes on purpose, they only refunded one. They still have £215 of ours.

"PERFECT SCAM"
This is a perfect scam pass. I will enumerate why. So we availed the 2- day pass that cost us 380$ for 2. I am telling you, you do not need this pass. Apart from the fact that it will let you scrambling just see all those attractions you want...well you won't see them anyway. We tried to make our pass worth it but ended up just seeing 4 in a day. Considering the line, travel time and your own pace.
DAY 1- It was in sightseeing pass that 9/11 Museum Workshop which is confusing because when we looked at it, it would fool you thinking it is the 9/11 museum.and upon entry, we were told that SIGHTSEEING PASS is no longer affiliated with them, upon calling them they said that it is a workshop and not the museum (where I know most of us wanted to go to). So I had no choice but to accept it.
Day 2- 1. In the Pass it says that the RISE NY closes at 7pm only to find out that they close at 6pm, so when we were trying to google map it coz we were headed to the place, it prompted us that the attraction closes at 6pm. and that is 5 mins to 6pm. so when I called, They said that they were about to close. so we were not able to go there.
2. We went to Top of the rock only to find out that they were just giving appointments for the evening and we were there at around 5pm. so we wasted our time lining up only for the schedule so that ruined the schedule for that day. which I think could be helpful if clients were informed at least through the app.
3. So we were like scrambling still to reach Madame Tussauds it is already 730 PM and they close at 8PM. And upon admission, the QR Code could not scan. So I called them and they told me that there SHOULD BE AN HOUR INTERVAL WHEN TRYING TO ENTER BETWEEN 2 ATTRACTIONS! which is ridiculous, I only booked online for a reservation for the Empire State. it is not even in the Terms and conditions so how would one know? Well I called them but they can't do anything about it, I even ask them if I can have a temporary QR code since it is not my fault it would not work. They are not helpful at all and the call center is just a third party that they cannot help you at all! I asked if I can talk to the manager or someone and I was told to call the next morning, I said it would not be honored coz it's already passed the moment well so I did, and they told me the next morning That I should have called the time it happened, which I did. Funny right? so please Do not be fooled by these scammers. work your own schedule and itinerary at your own budget and pace. Some attractions offer free day pass anyway. At least you will not be scrambling and you will not be robbed!
