The worst service that I've paid in NYC. All atractions was closed and I couldn't refund to my ticket.

Hola tuve problemas con la tarjeta mala información me bajaron del autobus y eso que habia ido a la central que estaba en Port Autority me dieron mala información volví y me dijeron que se equivocaron más encima me dijeron que me quedaba 3 atracciones al querer ocupar la ultima en Top Of de Rock luego de una tremenda fila me dicen que no puedo, mala información por todas partes y asesoria, estaba con mi hija de 13 años y debimos caminar mucho y nadie se hizo responsable, envie un reclamo por la WEB y nadie contesto, perdía la atracción que me importaba y que estaba guardando para el ultimo día.

Im großen und ganzen waren ich zufrieden. Lediglich die versprochene Priorität bei den Warteschlangen funktionierte nicht.

Eigentlich ganz in Ordnung. Jedoch ist etwas passiert was einfach nicht passieren darf. Man zahlt so viel Geld für diesen Pass und dann funktioniert am 2.Tag einfach nichts mehr. Toll. Man hat bezahlt für den Pass und jetzt kann man gleich noch mal ein Eintritt bezahlen weil dieser Pass nicht funktioniert. So passiert am 3.März im Rockefeller Center. Übrigens funktionierten an diesem Tag alle diese Pässe nur Sightseeingpässe nicht. Gut und recht aber sage und schreibe 24h nach diesem Maleur funktionierte der Pass immer noch nicht. Erst am 4. am Mittag ging er wieder einwandfrei. Danke das Sie uns den Urlaub so kaputt gemacht haben!

We booked the Flex pass with 3 sights.. Worked perfectly.. no troubles at any sight.. Only thing: Be careful - the Hop On Hop off Tour is not included, as it is written most of the time! It counts as one sight!

How to do - in our case NY in a day. With The Sightseeing Pass.
The choice of routes are sufficient, the running hours are pleasant and once you have acquired an eye for the stops ( not very clear amidst all other signs) easy to hop on and off.
The buses are a tad old and scruffy, one broke down on us and another had a de-faulty announcement system, however the enthusiasm and knowledge of the drivers makes up for that easily.
Best way to get a feel of the place and best activity for a first impression.
