Compramos un pass pero no nos lo enviaron... tras reclamar tres dias diciendo que no encontraban nuestro usuario y pago adquirimos otro Pass con otra empresa y tratamos de cancelar el pago del que no nos habian enviado y entonces nos dicen que ha sido un error de susistema y que ahora si nos lo pueden mandar. Para que queremos dos pagos?

Bij atracties staat dat je niet hoeft te reserveren, terwijl dit wel degelijk moet. Hierdoor een aantal dingen misgelopen. Ook een foutieve locatie vanuit de app, stonden we in Brooklyn ipv Manhattem. Service is 0.

Un prix attirant mais quand on veut réserver la transfert aéroport hôtel personne ne répond pas. On a du payé un taxi à 100$ du coup ça ne vaut plus forcément le coup. Nous nous somme dit qu un manque de communication ou un problème ça peut exister du coup on demande le remboursement des frais de taxi ce qui a mon sens est juste normal. Depuis 3 mois personne ne donne une réponse favorable. Le service client ne nous donne même pas une explication.Je ne peux que vous les déconseillé car le service client est catastrophique …..
À ce prix là c’est une honte !!!

I Bought 3 flexi sightseeing passes for New York to save money We were so busy with places to see that we only used 4 out of the 7 passes . I also purchased the insurance just incase i didn't use all my passes . I have been emailing them now for over two weeks but no response from any of my emails . Looks like i will not get a refund as i originally thought based on purchasing the insurance. The telephone number is only any good if you live in the USA anywhere else in the world you cannot get in contact with them via the phone . Based on my experience with no communication and reading other reviews too i wouldnt even give it 1 star ...

Your passes aren't tickets, you have to go to attraction and present passes at ticket kiosks to receive tickets, waste alot of time on this and the attractions give the impression site seeing tours are a big problem for them

I paid for two passes for 4 days that amounted to four hundred and twenty-seven Great british pounds (539.60 USD). I had the passes on my phone account then the day that i get to new York and tried to use it and it didn't work. After numerous emails I received my passes, no apologies or anything to compensate for the two days not able to do anything!! They are not replying to my emails and i would avoid at all costs!!!

it is a waste of money you cannot get the attractions you want once you purchase the pass and it’s very difficult to get a refund even if you paid extra to be able to cancel

je suis très mécontente du sightseeing pass pour plusieurs choses
On s’est fait refouler au 911 museum car il ne fait plus parti du sightseeing pass hors dans les attractions gratuite vous dites qu’on peut le faire
Dans un deuxième temps on a voulu faire la statut de la liberté et l’adresse indiquée sur le sightseeing pass est erronée et l’adresse n’est pas du tout à côté il faut compter encore 40 min de transport pour y arriver sans être sur qu’on va nous y autoriser l’accès !!!
De plus vous gonflez les prix de certaines attractions sur le sightseeing pass qui sont moins cher une fois sur place exemple le bowling
De plus devoir appeler pour réserver pas terrible quand on est pas bilingue avec le city pass c’est beaucoup plus pratique
Je ne reprendrais plus ce pass
Le city pass est bien meilleur

Worst experience ever ! We wasted our time and money buying this stupid pass ! Even after buying the pass , we have to make timely reservations and wherever we go is fully booked for the day ! So this pass was good for nothing ! EVEN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER WAS THE WORST THING EVER! What a waste ! never buy this pass

I wish I could give it no stars. Worst. Company ever! DO NOT TOUCH this company!! The worst customer service in the world. Even after a battle with breast cancer they would not consider transferring our passes to another date. Leaving us £1200 out of pocket. Disgusting service. 🤬
