Veldig mye utvalg og veldig bra kundeservice! Posten gjorde en feil som gjorde at jeg måtte betale toll men fikk tilbakebetalt tollen kjapt ved å kontakte kundeservice på posterlounge :)

Fabulous vibrant colours. We ordered 2 prints from posterlounge, not knowing that they were German based, and have not been disappointed. The prints arrived within the estimated delivery time, the communication was great and the items packaged well. They look fabulous framed and on the wall.

"Poster scheurt als je de verpakking opent"

Poster plus verzending totaal meer dan 50 euro kwijt, is het ingewikkeld verpakt met karton eromheen gewikkeld half. Wilde dat halve stuk eraf halen, scheurt de poster... Ik bestel hier NOOIT meer iets. Wat een waardeloos bedrijf is dit.

En dan de reactie van ze dat ze gemaild hebben en gebeld: gelogen. Heb nooit iets meer van ze gehoord.

"Ludicrously poor image quality! "

Received a very poor print for what cost me around €60.
The image looks like it was saved as a jpeg in Photoshop with an 8 of our 12 image quality file. Complete trash!
I emailed Posterlounge to complain about this, and they responded with "A re-examination of the image motif on our part has shown that the part of the image you are complaining about in your email is an integral part of the motif. This can also be seen from the motif preview on our website."

It's NOT "part of the motif", it's a compressed jpeg image. Shame on you.

"Good product in terms of quality"

Good product in terms of quality. Good service in terms of communication.
It was ordered to hand as a gift. It worked very well.
Delivery was also fine, senseable.

"Corners slightly damaged"

The picture looks good however the protective “cushions” that were supposed to be on the corners of the picture mostly were not, resulting in small damages there from the transport i assume. It’s not so bad that’s why its not worth for me to send it back but i’d recommend u do a quality check there.
